Tim O’Brien is a Director of Delivery at Mindcrest with a focus on high-level operations. He is directly involved in the management of projects for several large corporations across a variety of industries.
Since joining Mindcrest in 2021, Timothy is primarily responsible for serving as a liaison between Mindcrest and its clients, collaborating closely with clients to understand expectations, provide solutions, develop delivery timelines and quality reports, overseeing delivery and serving as the last point for escalations. He oversees the project teams in the US and India, ensuring quality outputs and delivery ahead of established deadlines. He also serves as project manager for US-based projects in the financial services, pharmaceutical and energy industries, among others.
Tim is driven by working with clients and the various Mindcrest teams on creating the clearest and most direct path forward to delivering high quality work that exceeds expectations
Prior to joining Mindcrest, Tim was a managing attorney at a large, multinational human resources provider. There he oversaw projects and managed delivery for litigation ventures in the antitrust, financial services and insurance sectors.
Tim holds a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS from Marquette University. Outside of work, he enjoys creating indirect paths forward while building backyard obstacle courses with his three preschool-age sons.
