Shashank Pande is Global Head of Sales for Mindcrest. He leads the organization's sales strategy, client relationships and activities on an international scale.
Based in London, Shashank oversees the sales infrastructure and collaborates with Mindcrest leadership to increase client engagement and streamline processes. Together with Marketing & Business Development, he is responsible for shaping the organization’s global sales strategy and market position for the short and long term.
With a considerable understanding of managed services, CLM, legal technology and legal operations consulting, Shashank effectively interprets clients’ needs and speaks to Mindcrest’s array of legal solutions. He is passionate about finding the right outcomes for the clients and shortening the data-to-decision cycle by finding perfect solutions through combination of process optimisation, technology implementation and talented legal professionals.
Shashank has spent twenty years in various sectors and most recently in the legal industry, driving significant expansion within the growing legal services market. He most recently led business development and sales at Morae Global and Integreon and has managed client relationships with a host of multinational organizations, including in the pharmaceutical, financial services, technology and legal sectors.
Outside of work, Shashank enjoys spending time with his family. He is now an avid sports-watcher and, when weather permits, he plays golf as if it's cricket!
