Rob Marks plays a vital role in the leadership of DWF Group, serving as CEO of the Legal Operations Division. He works to foster seamless collaboration and development across the entire organisation.
Based in London, he identifies areas for growth in the expanding ALSP market, such as integrated legal services, legal operations and technology. He is passionate about bringing efficiency and success to organisations through the recruitment and deployment of capable, highly skilled and motivated teams.
His career spans multiple market sectors including FMCG and Investment Banking where he was Global and Regional Head of Technology for banks such as Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Chase, BNP Paribas and more recently HSBC Investment Bank.
He has extensive expertise in helping organisations successfully implement major customer-focused change initiatives enabled by new technology and solutions. Rob formed a venture in 2009 to deliver solutions to meet the needs of the changing regulatory space in the UK, Europe and the US prompted by the banking crisis of 2008 and the introduction of new tighter legislation. Rob sits on several industry advisory panels and is a driving force in the move to better transparency and control in the banking sector.
His vast array of multi-sector experience provides him a unique insight into the wide breadth of clients DWF serves internationally.
When he is not improving workflow and functions at DWF, Rob enjoys sailing and spending time in a full house with his wife and their five children, as well as two horses and two dogs.
