Harmeet's key responsibilities include risk recognition and mitigation, budgeting, quality control, process improvement and benefit realization management.
He specializes in strategy development and drives consistency across all client projects through efficient and scalable processes. Harmeet has supported teams working for clients in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy, automotive, consulting, real estate, and software industries.
Harmeet has gained significant project management experience throughout his career, having previously worked closely with large investment banks where he has supported their compliance with client money rules and Basel III norms. Harmeet has also conducted detailed review of procedures for markets like Taiwan, Brazil and Korea for stock borrow lending desk for large investment banks.
He has also revamped procedures for contract life cycle management platforms and front/back-end trading systems to increase efficiency and resource utilization. Throughout his career Harmeet has led multiple process improvement initiatives including automations, system enhancements and lean projects to provide annual cost savings to his clients.
Harmeet has earned his Master of Business Administration from Christ University and his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Queensland University.
