As head of Head of Legal Operations Consultancy in the UK, Emma Roe works collaboratively with businesses to transform their legal operations.
Acting as strategic partner to our clients, Emma works closely with in-house counsel to find their own route to improvement for their legal function: analysing their data, developing their people and processes, and introducing the right fit in enabling technology. She enjoys diving deep into broken processes like a cryptic crossword, re-designing these procedures to bring real tangible improvements to a way of working.
Prior to her role as Head of Legal Operations Consultancy, Emma was a Commercial Partner for 10 years and after more than 20 years specialising in commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection and IT contracts, her previous management of teams through a variety of transformation projects enables her to draw on a wealth of experience.
Outside of Legal Operations Consultancy, Emma enjoys pottering on her allotment on the weekends and seeing her hard work come together in this area.
