Donna is responsible for developing the marketing strategy for Mindcrest. She leads a global team who are accountable for ensuring that marketing is effectively used to enhance Mindcrest’s market presence whilst also increasing client engagement.
Donna has spent 20 years of her career working at global law firms - DLA Piper, Squire Patton Boggs and Eversheds - making a significant impact on the delivery of marketing communications and business development across regions, sectors, practice groups and client accounts. During this time she also worked in the Middle East leading a brand integration project.
She is driven by increasing social mobility, improving diversity & inclusion in the workplace and staying ahead of an evolving legal market.
When she isn't applying her mindset to all things marketing and business development, Donna enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors, exercising her high energy Labrador and taking care of the family's pony.
Donna is an independent trustee of Bee Kind For Honey a UK based children's mental health charity.
