As Commercial Director for Mindcrest, Craig is responsible for working with clients to deliver better results through innovation. He supports Mindcrest's global offering of integrated legal solutions and has developed a reputation for working in partnership with clients to optimize their legal processes to provide greater long-term value.
Craig helps clients understand the legal transformation opportunities available to them and then collaborates with them to develop and deliver the best solutions to the challenges they face. Often this involves working with legal operations consultants, subject matter specialists, legal technologists and process engineers from aroundthe globe to deliver more for less whilst ensuring operational excellence.
He is passionate about creating better outcomes for clients, executing work brilliantly and delighting them in the process – in other words making legal services joyful.
Craig was previously DWF's UK Head of Commercial and Competition with 25 years' experience of contract law specializing in complex commercial agreements, information technology, outsourcing and intellectual property.
For the past 25 years Craig has worked as a solutions focused contracts expert specializing in IP, IT, telecoms outsourcing and commercial contracts (becoming recognised in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame in the areas of Intellectual Property, Information Technology and Commercial in the process).
Craig studied law at Durham University. He is also an avid mountain biker with a fondness for tough climbs up and speedy descents down French mountains.
