To continue our progress to achieving net-zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets as validated by the SBTi which will support us in achieving our near-term target of 50% reduction by 2030

We continue to stretch ourselves to become more diverse and inclusive through a range of targets including the current set examples of; 40% female on the Exec Board by 2025 and 13% overall ethnic minority representation by 2025

Since it launched in 2015, the DWF Foundation has reached its milestone of achieving £1 million donations and has set a new target to raise an additional £250,000 by 2025
