Shravan serves as General Manager India at our Legal Operations division. As the senior leader in this region, he supports the long-term vision of the organization and ensures smooth functioning of the Pune team.
He is passionate about fostering efficient collaboration across all geographies, driving innovative practices within the legal services industry and enabling individuals to succeed in their roles.
Shravan joined DWF in 2011 to lead the finance team. Prior to his promotion to General Manager, he was responsible for devising and planning financial processes for India and US. Under Shravan's leadership, the finance team ensured the implementation of best practices in accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury, and compliance.
Shravan also manages our IT function and Facilities team, overseeing large projects such as the acquisition and design of our state-of-the art office in Pune and the technical support of a remote workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to DWF, Shravan was with WNS Global Services and Zensar Technologies, where he was responsible for the standardization of processes and managing financial operations across Europe, India, South Africa, and the Middle East.
Shravan holds a B. Com. from the University of Pune. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a certification in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In his personal time, Shravan enjoys drawing and sketching, cooking, playing cricket and travelling.
