This practice area is dedicated to partnering with organizations that utilize legal information to grow and enhance their existing service offerings as well as to create and design innovative new solutions to bring to the marketplace. These clients have chosen us as their strategic partners to help them build and bring to market comprehensive and complex proprietary legal database systems to the industries in which they operate. The basic idea is to break down legal information into data, and then to slice and dice the data for various purposes. Generally, we are responsible for reviewing and summarizing large volumes of U.S. case law. Our attorneys review court decisions, perform a complex analysis of the opinions (including writing summaries of the case holdings and points of law) and enter the conclusions into a database using the client’s database tool. 

The large scale nature of these projects (which often span a period of years) have enabled us to develop sophisticated project management skills, efficient project team structures and superior quality control processes.
