Our client, a provider of legal, government, and business information, had published over 200 different US State surveys online for their subscribers, covering various legal issues. The client needed to verify that the legal authority cited was current and was discovered that much information needed to be updated.
Solution
We designed a customized workflow and assembled an offshore team to verify the accuracy of all cited legal authority and then identified all amendments to existing law and new legislation. The client was pleased with the accuracy and efficiency with the workflow we created.
