Teju leverages her extensive technology, process and marketing experience, ensuring that Mindcrest continues to pioneer the legal services industry worldwide. She co-founded Mindcrest with Ganesh Natarajan, George Hefferan and Rohan Dalal in 2001.

As head of the information technology (IT) and process groups, she ensures that Mindcrest provides seamless solutions that are at the forefront of technology and process excellence. Teju has uniquely applied best management practices to legal work, putting Mindcrest in a class of its own. And she communicates this value proposition to clients as head of marketing. As a result, Mindcrest has attracted in-house legal departments of Fortune 500 companies and top international law firms as clients.

Teju brings this expertise after 15 years in a variety of technical and marketing roles at Sun Microsystems, Inc., Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, Cirrus Logic, Inc. and Intel Corporation. She has hands-on experience creating robust IT architecture and infrastructure, and a proven ability to use IT to solve business issues while managing costs and risks.

Teju has an MBA from Santa Clara University, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Florida State University, and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications from the University of Pune in India.
